Klangbeispiel "Papagini-Variationen (Ausschnitt)
„The magic flute " K.V. 620 is reliably the most popular work of the Mozarts'
stage-dramatic works.
On 30 September 1791 the zweiaktige opera came for the first time into Vienna
under line of the composer to the performance.
The treatment (some the volkstümlichsten scenes served as basis: Ouvertüre, the
Vogelfängerthema, the Monostatosarie „everything feels the love joys ",
the revenge air of the queen of the night, as well as the Duett
Papagena/Papageno) for oboe, horn, bassoon and piano orients itself on the one
hand closely
at the original work and on the other hand numerous „interpretations " with
flowed, whereby a chamber-musical „conversion was the center of attention ".
In this way a fastidious adequate piano quartet developed. The work has five
sentences, takes approx. 25 minutes and the
degree of difficulty is appropriate for the work.
